Neon Palm Tree Catch Tray

by Crafty Lumberjacks

We’re so excited to be apart of the Plaid Ambassador team! We recently got a huge box from our friends at Plaid with tons of cool paint!. We we’re dying to try out the Stencil Spray Paint…it was love at first sight!

We embellished a small wooden tray and turned it into a totally rad summer catch tray!

We printed and cut out a summer image. Palm trees! We wanted to make sure our image wouldn’t shift, so we used a glued stick to tack it down.

We didn’t want our whole tray painted so we used painters tape on the areas we didn’t want sprayed. Then got work with our Stencil Spay Paint. It comes in a pump spray bottle which makes it super fun and really easy to use! We did a gradient effect and then used ForkArt Color Shift Acrylic Paint to give our tray a finished look!

Once the paint was dry, we pealed off the palm trees…we always love a good reveal moment!

We’re getting such a Clueless vibe…and LOVE it! As if!
