We have a pretty decent sized kitchen…for NYC standards. In actuality its tiny, the gas was out all last year, the refrigerator works every other week, and the walls are concrete so we can barely hang anything on them! (Update: Check out or kitchen makeover) Because of the wall issue, we like to decorate our fridge seasonally to keep things fresh!

We decided we would combine cute summer aesthetic with functionality and we came up with a prickly cactus pin board with a pin/pen holder!

-Glue felt to the front of the cup with craft glue and a paint brush. Hot glue the ends together in the back Add other color strips of felt to embellish the pot.

-Glue magnets to the back of the cactus with hot glue.

-Hot glue the pot to the back of the base of the cactus to the inside of the pot.

-Hot glue a magnet to the back of the felt pot.
